4. Cookies
This website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. Cloudflare Web Analytics works without cookies, and Cloudflare Turnstile does not set tracking cookies.
5. Who processes your data
These service providers process personal data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:
- Google: Gmail, Google Sheets and Apps Script (Google Workspace) receive and store enquiries; Google Fonts delivers the website’s typeface.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.

Our service providers may process personal data outside India. We transfer personal data only as permitted under the DPDPA, including any restrictions notified by the Government of India.

- have your personal data corrected, completed, updated or erased;
- have your grievances addressed;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so;

To use any of these rights, email sales@humanetech.in with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.
9. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it: email sales@humanetech.in with the subject “Withdraw consent”, or use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. We will then stop processing the data concerned and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
10. Grievances and complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact us first at sales@humanetech.in. We will respond within a reasonable period, and in any case within 90 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India through the channels it publishes, once it begins accepting complaints.

12. Security
We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to the inbox and spreadsheet that hold enquiries, and spam protection on the form.
